I've had the flu and had to take care of no fewer then 5 children(with the occasional duo of kids that would pop up) during that time. Two of which gave me the flue the previous week.
I'm still not completely over it this week and completely blew my diet because...reasons.

I'm still exhausted even though I'm over the flu.and the kids are all thankfully gone.
I'm just angry and sleepy and I couldn't even do my simple morning routine or put out the trash without needing to stop to catch my breath.

I'm fucked.
And not in the "she can deep throat 9 inches and likes to cuddle" fun kind of way either.

Bulked to 172, but my trainer wants me down at 135, so far I'm at 159 so it's good i can see my and coming in

was almost done with my cut, but fucked it up completely during Easter (and 3 days leading to Easter).

Hope that two weeks of eating at my BMR with training 4 - 5 times a week will even things out.
