I literally thought you meant favorite food to cut on a cutting board.
I honestly thought the same thing, was about to list foods I just enjoy cutting into like anything crispy.
spaghetti squash, sweet potato, london broil, etc
Big thanks bro
Salad mixes are your friend. I buy a a mix of spinach, kale, collard greens, green/red chard. Throw some chicken, berries, onion, walnuts, etc on top and you have a nice little meal. I also like to roast broccoli and peppers for use with eggs or as a side to pretty much anything.
Nice, ill try and make them, im just worried my gains and energy are gonna stop if i only eat veggies and chicken/fish
If I'm craving something sweet, then canned fruit, specifically peaches for me. If you dump out the syrup and only eat the fruit, you get around 40 kal / 100g of pure sweetness.
If your cutting, you should be working on maintenance not trying to get gainz.
Protein shakes and those 1$ flavored tuna pouches have been my life on a cut
Please some user help, asked this 4 times in other threads with no luck. Will i lose significant muscle while cutting about 1lb a week? I feel dead tired lifting and i could only squat 6x225 instead of usual 5x315, i just wanna do hypertrophy and cut for a month or two. Im at 1/2/3/4+
i eat myself when im on a cut
Kg of frozen veggies a day.
I eat what I normally do, just less of it.
nigga fuck I gotta try this
Vegetables should be the staple of your cutting, followed by fat and proteins. Carbs and alcohol are weight gainers, so avoid them.
Some recipe:
Chop your favourite vegetables (leek, carrots, brocolli, sprouts, whatever) into small sizes and cook them in a pan with a mix of different oils and fats. Using many different oils and fats instead of just one is not only healthier, but also tastes better. Add as many different oils and fats as you like. Use a mix of butter, coconut oil, sunflower oil, and other oils to get a full spectrum of essential oils (omega 3, 6 and 9).
Don't overcook your vegetables, there should be some 'bite' left in the vegetables after cooking. Use salt and seasoning as desired.
How much bf% do you guys expect to lose on a cut and how long do you think that said cut would take to achieve your desired bf% ?
curious as im starting my first
how much you weigh, i think the recommended amount is 1% bodyweight per week so you should be find. i cant do compounds due to injury right now so i'm trying 2% for a month or two to see what happens, gonna do it as a personal experiment. that said something sounds fucked up if you're dropping a plate off your squat bro, check your cal intake to make sure you got the right number.
*should be fine god damn it. but yeah if you're feeling weak up your cal intake for a little while and make sure you're getting enough complex carbs on work days.
that's a huge drop in your squat
are you taking in enough carbs? if you just dropped mostly calories from carbs and your carb intake is low as fuck this could explain the huge performance drop
1% bw/week with high protein is fine as long as you're >12% bf. but I would not recommend you do 2% especially when you're hurt and can't train properly
you'll probably lose a ton of muscle
Vegetables have carbs in them, calories are literally all that matter
pork rinds
