the second best time is now. Why haven't you started Mewing yet?
The best time to start Mewing was 20 years ago
Other urls found in this thread:
been mewing for two months, lost the proto-jowels I was developing and my lower lip no longer sticks out. game changer.
It fixed my palate too, my mouth area is now considerably wider. Also got better cheekbones.
Can't wait to get Damon Braces in a few months' time and ascend, there's nothing worse than an ugly smile.
c'mon wankers post your stories
Mewing for 4 months now.
>Better jaw
>Easier to breathe
>Skin under chin is tighter, further improving jaw
But by far the biggest improvement has been widening of my cheek bones.
Do I have to be actively pushing my tongue up against the roof of my mouth as hard as I can or just lightly holding it there?
Mewing for ~4 months and my jaw looks wider
What happened to Dr. Mew? His license got revoked or something?
Don't bother, it's a meme
started mewing almost half a year ago. The face is wider, jaw more defined. Nasal breathing is way easier.
following up with pics, no cope I was stretching my mouth as far open as possible in the older pic, I hope that's a sign my palate has widened.
apply strong pressure or it won't work.
Wait, Americans often have problems with nasal breathing? WTF?
Other things along with mewing:
>sleep on back with no pillow(your neck will be a little uncomfortable for a little while)
>hydrogen peroxide on toothpaste teice a week for whitening
or use arm & hammer peroxide and soda whitening (it's low on the toothpaste abrasive chart I think, so no worries for your gums or enamel) toothpaste + Crest whitestrips once every year or two, whichever is best.
>I finally looked up what mewing actually is.
>Turns out I was unconsciously doing it for as long as I remember.
Heretic!
Do you guys also chew gum in between mewing? I have heard fears of TMJ which could fuck you pretty hard.
Can someone list out all the steps of mewing?
Actually, its most common for white people to have this problem because they generally have weaker jaws than minorities (obviously not in every instance, but in general its true) which is what causes your mouth to go full retard because everything struggles to naturally fit in there. This is also why the Brits have ugly teeth. Small jaws so their teeth have to bend and turn to fit in their mouth.
Chew and mew separately.
Front teeth in contact with bottom teeth, mouth closed, make a swallowing motion and hold the tongue in that position, when it's pressed against the roof of your mouth. This is the oral equivalent of proper physical posture, you should do both for optimal gains.
>Front teeth in contact with bottom teeth
which front teeth with which bottom teeth?? not all my teeth are level or at the same angle
see my pic. If you have shit crooked teeth like mine, that's kinda how you should align it while mewing.
Hm so align the front teeth first
Can mewing fix a recessed chin? im not talking crazy recessed but its a little bit behind where it should be. Or does mewing only help the jawline?
wont this grind my front teeth?
how hard should the pressure from the back of my tongue to the roof of my mouth be?
also, how the FUCK do I keep doing this while I sleep?
Just watch the Mike Mew videos lads, they will clear things up.
Even my jawline is much better in my mid 20s after I Mewed consistently for years. Granted I'm 60 pounds overweight but my current water fast will take care of that. You can at least see the jaw's outline through the blubber.
does mewing help with TMJ?
based trips confirmed
In a Q&A Mew did I remember him saying that properly mewing helps prevent TMJ even if you chew gum.
Isn't it related to growing up eating soft foods and shit like burgers instead of mother's milk until 2-3 years and eating hard food, plus the environmental factors? I thought the Brit teeth thing was because of the inbreeding and shit dental hygiene.
>meowing
This is a meme, I have never seen any before/after-images who have looked different. It has always been fatties who have lost weight.
>Front teeth in contact with bottom teeth
I've never heard of this. I though it was supposed to be molar to molar bite or am I doing it wrong this whole time?
