>740 kcal for one breakfast sandwich on a bagel
How do you guys fucking do it man? How can I cut without being desperately hungry at all times?
740 kcal for one breakfast sandwich on a bagel
RUN NIGGA
Get used to intermediate fasting, only takes about 2 weeks for your hunger mechanism to adapt, drink water when hungry
Fasting
Meme science aside, keto is great if you have shit impulse control. Hard to binge when you can't have carbs.
Cucumbers
Is that a lot? 794 is nothing compared to a grown ass mans metabolism. Move and lift more
Get used to lots of very-low calorie foods (often vegetables) like cucumber, celery, pickles, etc.
Change your diet
Stop eating so much bread you idiot fuck
Do a 16:8 fast if you’re cutting. That should get you down to your goal weight before the middle of June with room to spare.
So, essentially, 16 hours of the day (keep your windows consistent) you’re not indulging in the luxury of food. Pick an eight hour window, most people advise 2pm-10pm, and eat in that window. Drink water or black coffee with no additives when you’re hungry outside your widow. Don’t take me literally and drink coffee before bed (sorry, some people lack common goddamn sense here.)
Anyway user, happy cutting. There are some other subtle positive side effects beyond weight loss that come with this fasting schedule. Yadda yadda yadda etc etc we’re all going to make it. Just have fun doing it.
I agree with this. I started doing keto a week and a half ago. I normally used to gorge myself on snack foods, now I just feel like eating a piece of cheese or a slice of deli meat for a snack, instead of a bag of chips.
Don't eat pre-made shit. Try to eat a lighter breakfast. I enjoy eating quark with fruit, but if it's not available in your country try greek yoghurt with fruit, or maybe some porridge.
kek. Not OP, but I can and sometimes do eat 3k+ calories in one meal. Simply restricting your eating window doesn't do anything, you have to lower intake.
>Simply restricting your eating window doesn't do anything
Recent studies show otherwise
Recent studies suggest you're an idiot.
Stop snacking buster brown
So you're saying that eating 2k in 1 meal and eating 2k in 6 meals is the same thing?
>protein shake for breakfast
>salad for lunch
>meat and veggies for dinner
Easy
You know that "burn" you feel when/after you workout that you've associated with progress?
Do the same thing with hunger. The longer you do it, the more your body adjusts.

Eating less food AND or less often is the money shot.
Or you can do a meme diet like strict vegan diet or keto or some other restrictive toy diets that ultimately boil down to making eating more complex then it needs to be which means and ultimately eating less energy rich foods while being more thoughtful about your eating choices.
Biggest problem with modern eating nowadays is the combination of synthetic oils and fats and excessive sweets.
Those together when you are't active enough to justify that type of eating are a death sentence.
