When did you realize that making it is 90% autistic eating?

counting macros is normal.
not knowing how to cook and eat dry chicken everyday for 3 months will make anyone quit lifting.

>autistic
>Autism is a developmental disorder characterized by troubles with social interaction and communication, and by restricted and repetitive behavior.[3] Parents usually notice signs in the first two or three years of their child's life.[1][3] These signs often develop gradually, though some children with autism reach their developmental milestones at a normal pace and then worsen.[9]

What are you saying?

few years back. I started skinny. every time I would take a break from lifting and eat whatever I felt like, I'd get skinny again. I have to force down 3500+ calories to make gains because I don't naturally have a big appetite

My BMR is higher than that. Manlet, nerdic or woman?

>Not just fasting

> restricted and repetitive behavior

Didn’t you read your own copy and paste definition? There’s a reason we use that word instead of just saying retard. Retard.

opposite for me

if I stop tracking macros/calories I start gaining fat so fucking fast

What does that have to do with calorie counting?

I think you are not as clever as you think.

>There’s a reason we use that word instead of just saying retard
Not really, you're just a dumbass American, as usual.

Sure, it's the people who count calories or macros that have mental issues. Not the ones who balloon up to 600 pounds and say they are healthy.

I'm 6'0 170 and my TDEE is around 2100

Is it autistic to eat the exact same salad for lunch every single day?

Autistic indeed.

300g carbs / 30g fat / 120g protein is objectively superior for testoserone, health and muscle growth.

Studies show that there is 0 benefit to going over 25g of fat for testosterone production. Excess fatty acids also inhibit testosterone.

Fat is by far the one macro that characterizes the western diet that sprouts obesity and many diseases.

Not so sure about that based on my own experience. Hit 1/2/3/4 1 rep at 6 months of lifting while never really tracking calories (ate maintenance). Went from 160-180 pretty much all muscle. Never believed in that autistic 1g/bw stuff, tried to hit 100g a day, sometimes 80 sometimes 120

The things I did do, though, were maintaining high frequency (p much full body 4x a week) and really focusing on linear progression on the big 4

IMO as long as you don't eat at a dumb deficit (more than 250), get adequate protein, and most importantly put in the work/research you'll hit 1/2/3/4 after 6-8 months of lifting. Problem is most people just do an SS type program with 15 -30 reps a week/muscle. Even after 3 months of lifting I was doing 20-30 reps/muscle a SESSION. That's nearly 4x the stimulus of beginner programs. Was it much? In retrospect, probably. Still beat expectations by about 6 months

when I said autistic eating I just meant being extremely consistent and repetitive in calories and macros. It's not that deep

30 grams is way too low.

How do you cunts hit your macros without feeling like you're having to eat the same shit all the time?

Also, getting enough protein, while on limited calories, it fucks it up even more, you're left with little choices.

Fuck off Reddit spacing retard. No I don't think you're literally retarded, it's just a figure of speech.

Fuck off Crowder, you got owned by Yusef.

Do you know that in a single meal when you go past 10g of fat you start hindering carbs metabolism (proper insulin secretion). Evidently it's not too bad at 10-15g but if every meal you eat has 20+g you're on a slow path to diabetes and increasing systemic oxidation (so liver damage, pancreas damage etc).

You are just used to modern western diets, people have ate this amount for centuries and still do in some countries.

>be bulking
>have to force myself to eat anything more than 2000 kcals
>fart horrendously
>shit two times a day, stool is sometimes loose
>be cutting
>easily eat below 1500 kcals a day without any effort whatsoever
>I just have to watch that I eat enough proteins a day
>shit once a day, it's solid and comes with no wiping
>fart maybe once or twice a day tops

I think my body is telling me that I shouldn't get fat

not everyone wants to risk injury though. What were you doing to increase your reps? Lowering weight or more sets?

Yeah you're pudgy as fuck. 5'11 160 and I'm maintaining at 2800

How do you do that?

Your TDEE changes based off activity level retard

Yeah, I threw in a lot of singles and doubles, but the basic plan was 3x5 and then 2x7/8

But i like crowder he good
