I haven't brushed my teeth regularly in over 10 years, went out yesterday and bought toothpaste, a brush, floss, and mouth wash. Flossing hurt and made me bleed and the mouth wash burned but I'm gonna keep going.
Gym just deducted their first fee today, so it's time for me to start going. I'm 6'1 at 125kg, probably 35ish% bf.
I feel like eating at maintenance or so and getting up to 1/2/3/4 or so before going hard on weight loss.
A main reason for this is that I'm going to be working as a bouncer (nightclub security) so I need to be strong and capable of dealing with drunk angry men.

As a bouncer you do need to be bigger than the other guys. Not sumo wrestler level but there's a reason sumo wrestlers can push around guys that weigh less than them. It does take longer to put on muscle than to lose weight though so your strategy might be better for your work goals but will take some time.

I've been on a 1200 cal OMAD diet for 3 weeks. Its cured my lactose intolerance, but I havent lost a single fucking pound. I'm weighing things religiously and over estimating the fuck out of what I can't.

Stop OMAD, eat a typical 3-meals-a-day diet for a week at TDEE, rest.
Start OMAD up again next Wednesday or so, and the weight will continue to come off.
I'm not sure why resetting like this works, but it does.

Ive done resets in the past, I was 310lbs. But this isn't a plateau, this is me starting back at dieting after being a lazy fuck all winter and gaining 10lbs. This is the start! If you do the normal, "eat less than you use" thing then you will lose muscle mass. However what if i progressively started wearing more weight as i lost weight?
For every pound i would lose, i would then ad a lb to a weight rig on my body. So that when i was finally down to my goal weight, i still had the same amount of muscle from carrying around the same old weight?
This just something i was thinking about, i realize that on the Snek diet you will lose minimal muscle mass but still.

If you're receiving less energy and burning muscle to compensate, where are you getting the extra energy to power your muscles to maintain the rigs weight?
When you are losing weight you arent using less energy, you are using less external energy and using your stored internal energy(fat).
When people say you are burning fat, then mean it like you are burning calories. Your body is just using the fat instead what ever extra food you intake.
and when you are in ketosis you are more efficient at burning fat.

Only if you have like 10lb of fat to lose and want to build muscles at the same time (possible only when you are a total beginner to the gym). You would want to have higher protein intake to assure muscle mass increase while on the caloric deficit (not higher than 500-600kal). So in some cases it is beneficial, but for the majority of fatties here it's not - just eat less, fatty.

Depends on your deficit. If it's no bigger than 500-600kcal then yes - it is possible. On the other hand this makes fat loss process very slow as you will only lose about 1lb of fat a week.

I ate a whole 113 box of special k sour cream cracker chips (20 g=80 cal). I counted the calories and it came to 452 calories. I still ate under my goal calories of 1800 and went for a 65 min workout but i'm just wondering if i fucked something up. I did the math over and over and it always came out to the same amount of calories but a part of me still feels like i just threw away all my cut despite the fact that on pure CICO logic i should be fine. Can a more experienced fatty tell me whether or not i goofed? Do they lie about how many grams are actually in the whole box?
Welcome to gaming the calorie system. Theoretically you can eat whatever as long as it's under your threshold. Long term it will be bad for you as you inevitably don't gain enough vitamins, minerals and other things your body needs to function well.
I always feel like I'm cheating the game by eating pretty much whatever I want as long as it is under the threshold. (Personally not a fan of sugary sweets and snacks though)

Can't lose weight. Lost 7 kg, but then I lost my job and I kinda stopped caring, going to the gym, thinking what I eat. I still kept some of my new food preferences, I eat more veggies, if I want a soda, I get a diet one, drink more water etc. But I just can't seem to stop eating sweets, I have no idea how people do that - I know all the motivational memes, I know all the FPH stories, I read a ton of that and tried everything and I still always sooner or later get back to eating that shit.
So, now I'm stuck at 143 kg at 183 cm and don't know what to do. I'll try once again cutting sweets out and maybe count my calories on MFP - shit I did again and again for years. It seems like I'm just unable to develop a habit out of this.
I've seen that people have reset their cravings and lost weight by going on Dr Mcdougall's "potato diet". You could look into it. Maybe do it for a couple weeks at least. It's well recorded so you can watch a lot of youtube videos before taking the plunge. I think it doesn't just have to just be potatoes (can use beans and grains too) but a lot of people apparently just do it with potatoes as a little challenge/test of will.

I am a huge bastard who has a problem putting the fork with cheesecake down. I want to lose my bhudda belly altogether. Muscle growth would just be a side effect, but it's welcomed.
How do I wean off of my sugary teat and eat healthier, yet cheaper, but also tastier? Eggs and spinach taste like ass, but they make me feel a lot better through the day. I'm no cook, which is why I just boil and steam them. I have only pans, pots, and an oven/stove.
I don't know how to do a caloric deficit with extra protein. All I know is that I weight 240 lbs of death.
I would love to live off of home homeade hamburgers, but it's rather expensive and I would genuinely have to live off it. Chicken is better, but aside from oven baking, I don't know how to cook it.

You can eat whatever you want as long as you eat 500 calories below your TDEE. To cook, pick a recipe and learn it. Cooking gains are like health gains, they take years but man are they worth it.
