Had an avocado, banana, protein bar, glass of milk and pb sandwich for breakfast. Protein shake after the gym. Just drank a smoothie with 1 cup blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, Greek yogurt, 4 tablespoons of flax seed, and pomegranate juice. Prolly gonna get some lol subway on my lunch break at work.
