Drink water
Don't drink more than 4 cups of normal coffee a day

improving testosterone by "natural means" does nothing because the normal range of testosterone in adult males varies from 270-1000 ng/dl and variations with that range have little significant effect on muscle growth, you could be towards the lower end and "double" your testosterone and you wouldn't notice any difference, it's only when you get well outside the normal range that the effect starts to become significant, and this is only attainable by burning your natty card
