How do you even smoke that many wtf
I used to smoke 40-50 in a day op
This was when i was suicidal and tried to develop addictions.
The damage has been done and i have weak lungs til this day
Stop while you can OP
I've managed to get off for a month or so before, but always end up rationalizing and buying a new pack cause I use cigs to help me study. I essentially use the pomodorro method but with cig breaks. Plus cigs when you're on adderall are fucking god tier. Then I switch it up with either vape/dip/snus before quitting cold turkey.
Allen cars how to quit smoling the easy way, i used the same method to quit chips and sugar
Just quit and stop thinking about them.
>4 packs a day
Lmao just end it retard, there's no hope for you.
Try snus, it helped me quit. Granted, I never smoked more than half a pack a week
i recently quit using a juul, it’s only been a couple weeks and i was never as heavy a smoker as you. this has worked for me i feel because it actually feels like i’m smoking a cigarette rather than just getting nicotine like with gum/patches/normal vapes, but to each their own.
how do you manage 75 a day though???? what do you do?? is there any period longer than 5 minutes where you don’t have a cig in your mouth? you might want to wean yourself down to a pack a day before you try to quit desu id imagine it’d be fucking brutal in your current state
How do people not know this is a literally maymay post? XD
>literally killing yourself for a mild head-high
lul
I use to smoke a few cigs a day but then I just quit cold turkey because theyre retarded
the way i quit nicotine was, i smoked a fuckton of weed
every time i craved nicotine, i smoked weed instead
after a long time being completely clean from nicotine, i eventually just had to stop smoking weed
fortunately, weed is easier to quit. was less addictive than nicotine
im not bullshitting. thats how i did it
>was less addictive than nicotine
*way less
I've been addicted to almost every form of nicotine, and feel that juuls are the most addictive form. Most likely still better for you than cigs, but more addictive imo
i dont understand this post, seen across multiple boards for a very long time, very long running meme if you ask me
I'm currently on smoker-mode because I have no job and thus not going to gym, all this situation makes me weak and I get anxious when going outside so said fuck it, cigs will help me a lot through this until I get a job and resume my training, I can quit whenever I want
>tfw smoke a pack a week
feels good to have all the benefits of a nice rich pack of ciggies but none of the ill shit
I just read an article about silicon valley guys wearing nicotine patches for this reason. never smoked a day in their life but they like what nicotine can do for them, bio-nerd/bio-hacker guys...it's pretty great
If you invested the money youre using on cigs everyday into an index fund or something youd be a millionaire in 10 years. Or you can have lung cancer in 10 years. Up to you
start vaping dude. seriously. grab a eleaf icare for 20 bucks and a 30ml of your pick of ejuice and try it for a week
Just ween down. Only give yourself a certain amount of cigarettes a day and gradually reduce that amount until it's none or even one every once every few days.
You'll start breather better and recognize how much money you're saving and how dumb of a habit it is.
you aren’t wrong desu i’ve found myself getting pretty hooked on this thing but it doesn’t make me smell bad or cough and wheeze on the treadmill so i’m not too mad. not sure if it’s giving me more or less cancer than real ciggies but i guess that’s a problem to be dealt with down the line regardless
>tfw 67th cig of the day
>on track for 75 by end of the night
no, when you dont smoke for 30 minutes you will drop dead so it cant be done
duhhhhhhhhh
Almost back up to a pack a day. At worst point 2 packs a day. Not gonna stop anytime soon. Been smoking 11 years, almost half my life. Last year I quit for 5 months but then got a job as a cook, picked it back up in a week. Had to move to menthol because born with asthma and smoked camel unfiltered and wides for so many years. No reason to post this I guess, just a blog post
