How do i do farmers walk, how many steps should I take or how long should I walk with them for, and for how many sets?

Because rolling a 120lb oly bar down to my fingertips and then squeezing it back to my palms is a better forearm workout and is faster.

I started doing them recently, and I love them. I feel like they hit forearms harder than wrist curls and are less likely to cause an injury in comparison too.

I've never felt any burn anywhere other than my shoulders doing them. Sometimes my forearms as well if I consciously grip harder.

Probably because I do stairs weighted and work my grip so the only thing weak enough to benefit is my shoulders.
