Not at all. I take 10mg when I can't sleep. It's impossible to overdose or do any real harm with melatonin. The worst you'll get is a headache and groginess the next morning.

I started taking it for the first time a week ago, I'm definitly sleeping more soundly than before. Barely waking up at all. As for morning wood/test boosting, maybe. Studies show it does, and it's good for the heart, so why not? Pretty cheap, too at $8/month.

Its supplement pill that contains Ashwagandha, Magnesium, Zinc, B6 and D3 all in 1 pill.
I really do feel like its boosting my test, I get rockhard boners and have higher libido when I take em. Not a meme, actually one of the few supplements I felt that actually worked
