Fish is beneficial to one's diet, but there's not substantial evidence that omega 3 is helpful
I take zinc, magnesium, bcaas, D3, and fish oil. Honestly I don’t notice any effects. I was really energetic the first time I took bcaas but he feeling has since worn off. Magnesium helps if you gurn while doing drugs tho... so there’s that
