I watch and read grim stories where the protagonist is a hardened warrior or struggling to become a hardened warrior.

Great ways to stay motivated are doing parkour, lumberjacking, swimming, boasting, getting laid, fighting, carrying heavy stuff for everyone, etc.

I enjoy lifting. It's fun for me.

I just bit into an onion, and damn, it made my eyes water.

Have a goal. What's your goal? Without a goal, you might as well stop trying.

A steady supply of manly anime and motivational YouTube videos.

Track your progress. Write everything down. Set goals and make a plan to achieve said goals.

You don't need to stay motivated. What you need is discipline.
