A few simple stretches, shadow box for a bit until my heart rate gets up, maybe do a few pullups

Various dynamic stretches so I don't pinch a nerve during heavy compounds

I'm surprised not everyone does this

>Lower phone screen brightness.
>Position myself so nobody can see my phone screen (be it mirrors or cameras).
>Ensure earphones are plugged in.
>Watch porn.
Consistently hit PRs with this method.

light weights on whatever lifts i am going to do.

a quick ten thousand punches of gratitude each day

warm up is for soyboy

>shadow box for a bit
Everyone makes fun of you in their heads

>not having a home gym
lmaoing @ your life

I was gonna say your girlfriend probably makes fun of you too but then I remember what an outlandish thought that is

you're right on that one

What if you shadow box in a boxing gym?

Swing my arms for about 10 seconds, maybe do a little squat if I'm doing legs.

2.5k row to warm up
2.5k row to cool down

Mixing my shaker of BCAA

Push a slesh 20 times
Foam roll
Stretch

I don't.

Three sets of max weight dead lifts. Just go as heavy as you can, ideally for one or two reps. Form isn't as important here as you're only warming up.

this for like 20-30 min

My warmup is literally just starting at a lower weight. Are guys just fucking autistic?

Warm up each exercise with a short set of 5ish reps using just the bar
The goal is to get blood flowing to the muscles you need

>warm up with bar
>load up 225kg

Works like a charm

hope that's your ohp you weak faggot

Usually smoke a couple bongs before a sesh

Then I do stretches and before each lift I just do bar or half the weight for a set

can you share some links or explain more?

im trying to figure out how to stretch properly, i got sciatica last time i was deadlifting heavy, dont wanna make that mistake again

Same plus some overhead squats and snatches with just the bar.
