Swimming is a solid workout especially if you do it right. You'll never be big or jacked without working out but you can get hella lean and potentially hit the lower levels of otter mode

Plus you can always use leg machines and leg exercises as they don't require hands to operate them

Swimming is pretty much your only option, but it's really something you should be asking a doctor. They will probably respond like the rest of us, and say that you're lucky to be alive, but they might feel sorry for you if you say you just want to look like a healthy young man instead of an invalid.

Unfortunately you won't get getting guns. Growing muscle mass requires progressive overload on the muscle structures, always scaling up the intensity a little bit more after a workout to promote adaption. You can't realistically do that without weights or being able to do callisthenics. Sorry mayne, but you're gunna have to be a cardiobunny. Swimming at least adds some resistance to the upper body, so you can start with that.

Man don't sweat it, only doing cardio is more than most people will ever do.

Lifting isn't that great ,as soon as you start you'll never be good enough,you have to either forcefeed or starve yourself,you might end up fucking your rotator cuffs or/and your hips like everyone
