cute cat
of course you can

Heavy lunges and clean + front squat

That bench looks so uncomfortable to use

It is, we used to have one at my uni gym. Uneven loading of even 45lbs would cause the bar to flip.

Also doesn't the bar mess with your arms in bench press since the grip is wider than the things you put the bar on?

Nah

You'll probably need more weights pretty soon. There is a standard diameter bar that can hold 150kg but beyond that you have to buy an olympic bar. However if you get to that point you should get a different bench because that one doesn't look very strong.

You are good if you only intend to make shoulder and pecs gains
Otherwise you need more weight and something of pic related to do rows etc.

You got safeties for that bench, right?

i don't use the bench for bench press, i use it as an hold for the bar, to do over head presses and bent over rows, i do chest with the rings and the weight on my backpack, same with pull ups

Thank god I have never had to use bearingless POS bars like that.

If you're a total DYEL then anything is better than what you used to do I guess, but you'd make so much more gains by going to a gym with has actual barbells and a power rack.

OP pls make sure your cat is safe and sound while you have plates on your weight lifting bar :3

It's ok, OP is DYEL anyways. No amount of weight he can lift would hurt the cat

this is my routine if anyone is interested:

pull day
3 x pull ups
3 x barbell row
3 x shrugs
3 x barbell curl

push day
3 x rings push ups
3 x over head press
3 x dips
3 x lateral raises

leg day
3 x bulgarian split squay
3 x front squat
3 x good mornings
3 x calf raises

can you lunge 90 kg for reps?
it's like squatting 180 kg

Hope that barbell is for 28mm-hole plates.

You should get at least an half rack for squatting, OHPing.

You should hunt for MORE PLATES, at least get to 150kg to be safe for 5/4 months. BUT START SEARCHING NOW, plates alone are sold like hot cakes.

YOU SHOULD REALLY, REALLY, REALLY put your gym on pinewood. You can get 2440x1220x28mm at 40/50 euros a piece. Just buy 2.

BUT, if you really want to bang a lot of money for you bock. BUY A RACK\POWER CAGE. You can get something usable for 350 euros. IT WILL be your squatting cage, your benching cage, your pullups, chinups, dips station. Even 400 euros for a cage is nothing if you think that an half rack will be at least 150 annd a dipp\chinup\pullups something between 50 and 150.

have you ever lifted?
no? I didnt think so

*pinewood

fucking autocorrection. plywood

OP, can you post more pictures of that room? And also pictures of what's outside of those windows by the plants?

>to do rows

One-arm dumbbell row
Bent over row
Pendalay row
Underhand bent over row
Egyptian whey flatus row
Chinese dumbbell row
two arm dumbbell row
Inverted row (using rings)

Never gonna make it.

Did you have to make holes in the ceiling?
