I use Amazon but Walmart has it and probably every healthfood store. Bob's Red Mill is the best style if you want it to be like minced meat.

Get yourself a tub of pea protein, the good kind. I get mine at sprouts and it’s like $25 for 2lb.
What has really help me out of mass is making high calorie, high protein smoothies with a lot of carbs. After my workout I make a smoothie with:
1 cup almond milk
1.5 cup water
1 large frozen banana
1.5 cups oats
1/4 cup peanut powder
2 scoops protein
Ice
This smoothie is ~ 1200 kcal - good for bulkan.
I have a high powered blender so The consistency is pretty nice.
Also, lentils and brown rice are your friend. Get some red/green curry paste to cook your lentils with.
1 cup raw lentils is bout 680 cal and 50g protein, they’re best boiled. If you can stomach that plus a cup of cooked rice you’re looking at another 1000 kcal.
