How am i doing?
my 5'-4" tall 13 year old son benched 105lb at basketball tryouts and he has only done bench 2-3 times before that. no lie. kill yourself.
i have bench pressed for 2 months and i am at 205 for 3 reps. 5'-10" 180lb. my OHP, after 2 months, is at 135 for 3 reps. i can probably do more reps of both, but i do 10 sets of 3.
Bw:100
Height: 5'8
Bench 120
Ohp 80
Squat 120
Deadlift is gay
I've lifted for 5 months. The first 4 months I did basic 5x5 just to get into the habit. Was basically just doing retarded shit, barely went up in weight, stagnated badly. Once I realized I was still where I started, I doubled down.
I have since then switched to PPL 6 times a week, and taken my diet much more seriously (I log stuff in excel to avoid under eating habitually). Almost all my gains have been in the last 2 months (I want to say unironically 85%).
I'm 5'11
66kg to 78kg (145 -> 171) (I am still lean and vascular. So luckily It's not fat.)
Bench: 30kg to 60kg (66lb to 132) (6 reps)
Squat: 75kg to 110kg (165lb to 242kg) (6 reps)
BW: 93kg
Height: 6'7
OHP: 30kg
BP: 60kg
Squat: 60kg
Row: 60kg
DL: 90kg
These are all including the bar, been to thr gym maybe 5 times so far. I think the height might make some of my lifts harder. Am I doing ok for a near first timer?
tits or gtfo
Solid stuff m8, but your lifts should be going up way faster than that since you’ve gained almost 12kg.
10 sets of 3 wtf are you doing
Ok
you are either a very tiny grill or you should become a trap
either way I want to put my penis inside of you
i do 10 sets of weights that are relatively difficult for me to lift, and i take ~2 minute breaks between each set. this is coming from guys like dorian yates and andy galpin, and the past couple decades of research indicates that larger recovery intervals and less lifts of higher weights contributes more efficiently to strength development.
BW:173
bench: 225
Never squat max but do 205x8
>b4 leglet
Deadlift:225x8

Press: 80x5
Bench: 105x5
Squat: 150x5
Diddly: 190x6
Row: 80x5
Not sure how valuable a comment from a skelly like myself is, but it all looks good m8.
Good point. My weight does fluctuate, and 78kg is the highest. Maybe 76kg is closer to the truth.
I don't really know if I deserve to cut yet though. I feel like I am still too small for that.
>those hips
Post bussy
You have child bearing hips.
>BW: 150
