I only seen a few of his videos but he seems like a solid guy and his gains seem natural. Would I follow his workout routines? no. because how my body is shaped is not like his but I am sure his information helps people with similar bodies.
Also you should try to find someone with a similar body to yours on youtube and follow that persons exercises if that is how you want to do it because everyones body is different

He’s a meme and total weirdo as of the last couple of years. His older videos (2013-ish era) will help you though if you need to grow up and become a man/make your way. Also keep in mind he doesn’t have a legimitate education in medicine or kinesiology so it’d be better to take training advice from barbell medicine
