Four months in, just been following StrongLifts with accessories and eating a surplus. 165lbs at start to 180lbs today. Lifts and weight gain have been slowly but steadily going up, starting to wonder when I should switch programs.

I had over a 1,000lb total in the first pic, I weighed 208 after 6 months of SL and TM. By August I was down to 174 and have been recomping/lean bulking since. I'm at 178-182 now, just started 4th cycle of 5/3/1BBB and am stronger than I was at 208.

To be honest I used to be super dyel during that period of time. My usual practice in terms of arms was hitting tris and bis respectively after my chest and back days, and having a separate arm day a bit after. I just ate a fucking lot

My father is 6'0 and his brother is 6'3, and both grew from 5'8 during their college years. If ur around my age I'd still have hope. ur gonna make it mate

I've been lifting for about a year and I've made some gains but also got a bit chubbier. I want to cut for a few months to lose some kilos. I'll still lift 3 times a week since I want to lose as little muscle as possible.
How many calories do you recommend I cut from my TDEE? -20%?
Also, to minimize as much as possible the loss of muscle, what macro ratio do you guys recommend? 30prot/35fats/35carb? Or maybe even more protein?
