Not op but I've started to IF finding it a lot better than food before workout as That makes it a struggle to get out the house.

Btw I was going to ketto but now I've just cut out major carb sources like rice and sweet/white potatos
I'll mainly use all other vegetables for my carbs and won't bother counting them
I haven't tried Yohimbine yet but I've seen a lot of info on it over the past years I've been lurking Jow Forums. I can however confirm IF helps a fuckton for cutting (especially if you go keto diet as well)

Yohimbine helps a fuck-ton if you take it in the morning with coffee and then a 30-60 minute walk. Like a fuck-ton. Try it.

You can't go max dosage immediately and don't stack it with caffeine the first thing you do. I've stacked the max dosage with fucking ephedrine and yes, I felt like I was going to die while deadlifting, but I feel like some people are probably just more sensitive than others to it.

you are never going to feel like "yeah I'm ok not making progress for a few weeks and self imposing famine conditions"
it's just something you have to do now to set yourself up for the future, the fatter you get the more horrific the eventual cut will be and the more of your hard fought strength/size you are going to lose in the process
cutting from say 16% to 12% is easy as fuck, cutting from 20% to 12% is not that easy, cutting from like 25% to 12% is pretty miserable and you're looking at a long period of time not making any gains
gl user, stay between 10-12 and 15-16% bodyfat if possible, cut aggressive and bulk conservative, look up Eric Helms recommendations for bulking and cutting and follow them

Do cardio everyday. You get leaner while maintaining a surplus.
