With the entire soyboy meme I wondered what mine were at. Got mine back at 320 late January. Tbh freaked me out and got even more depressed than I normally was which lasted for about a month. All of last month I’ve spent researching and trying to figure out how to bring it up. Cut out drinking, smoking, focusing on better sleep, tracking everything in my diet, started cold showers, sleep naked and switched to boxer shorts, also at least 8+ hours of sleep. Started cardio, but really need to get into HIIT. my lifts haven’t changed but I’m feeling more energy.

Everything I’ve read about fertility said it takes about 10 weeks to make a difference once all that shit is changed. I’m gonna get tested again early next month which should be around 8 or 9 weeks.

Also thinking about doing a prolonged fast. But i am not sure when I should start that.

I'm turning 29 next month. I've seriously thought about biting the bullet and trying to get on TRT. I haven't tested my levels yet, though.

Glad you’re working on it, you seem to be going in the right path, especially when considering HIIT, keep in mind high body fat also decreases test, not saying you are fat but cutting would help a lot.

can't it vary by over 100 in either direction depending on what time or day you take the test?

Yea it can, you’re test tends to be higher in the morning and decrease over the day, I took my blood test around 3pm

Like 450 before i ever lifted and was on huge amounts of test lowering opiates

I'm on replacement hormone or Testosterone, 150mg every 14days and its the greatest thing that has ever happen to me. Muscular. Energize. And amazing sexual appetite. I was prescribed it after I tested in the low 100's.

There nothing you can do that would cause it to dip. It's usually associated with pituitary problems, example, tumour.

I am 28 also. I was skinny fat 5'11 at 180lbs in January but i'm down to 168 as of today. Still skinny fat though.

I honestly think its due to my drinking. over the years i convinced my self that casual happy hour drinks after work was 3 doubles of whiskey. I drink significantly more during the weekend. so i was pretty much going out drinking every night during the week up until last year November when i started hitting the gym again. But even then until January i thought it was okay to go to happy hour on rest days (Tuesdays and Thursdays)

I was thinking that if my T does not rebound after this 10 week period and is still that low i was gonna seek professional help. But now i'm thinking maybe i should make an appointment ASAP.

Age 26, ~12% bf, lifting for about 2 years now. Test was done in the early afternoon, when t levels start to decline. The doctor gave me a look and asked why when I said I want my testosterone checked because apparently it's weird for young guys to ask, and I had to pretend that it wasn't Jow Forums memes that made me anxious about my t level.

I'm 21, 230 ng/dL, just got diagnosed with hypogonadism, have to do an MRI on friday, i'll be put on TRT, i've felt like shit and tired all my life, cannot concentrate either, after 1 year of training i had 0 results, still i don't know what caused the illness

When I was a kid, I used to constantly act in a spiratic ways and beat the shit out of everyone for no reason. They diagnosed it with ad/hd but when they put me on pills it did nothing, so they put me on higher pills and higher until I was at the max dose for a kid my age. Then they just stopped. Mom said it was because I had such high T, but it would eventually even out. Pretty much evened out now. Probably around 600 now, but for sure when i was a kid i was like 1000. I literally acted like a ravid fucking gorilla which is not good.

I'm about 50 lbs heavier than where I should be. I had extremely unhealthy sleeping habits, lack of exercise, a very poor diet, and a severe Vitamin D deficiency. It's actually a miracle that my t-levels aren't lower since I was occupied with all these unhealthy habits for over 6 years.

Recently started sleeping 8-10 hours, eating quality food, and working out. Hopefully it doubles or at least gets to the normal range for my age.

Any Britbongs know where I can get my test tested ? My GP surgery is full up for weeks.

I noticed the differences between having slightly higher or below test. Want low test? Think about the women you got and would get rejected of and take it personally, basically think like a loser. Also get a job where you can only sleep 6 hours every night. Get addicted to porn so to point you are jacking off everyday to relieve stresses of said lifestyle. Garaunteed you'll get fat, feel burnt out and low energy. High test? Get plenty of sleep every night 8 and dont have a retarded sleep schedule, Do cardio walking, sprinting, swimming etc. Don't jerk off to porn instead ask women you attracted to out to for massive test boost. Get some sun daily. Guaranteed you'll feel good.

Keeping your test in check is more important really for your mental health then muscle size/strength.
