Yeah I do this too, I just make sure it doesn't interfere with my main work/recovery. My delts have grown a lot from spending more time on them

if I have a friend with me then we’ll use a barbell or ez bar and change the weight for each other, but for when I’m on my own I’ll use a cable machine instead and just increase the stack as I go. Either way seems to work well.

I do 2 days a week of just biceps/triceps just because when I started my arms were very underdeveloped compared to my chest/back.
Now I just keep it the way it is because I want big arms because body dismorphia is a bitch.
