Anyone tried one meal a week fasting? Like eating one bigass meal every 5-10 days of water fasting. I'm interested in it because I like fasting, but I'd love to read more one it. Most people just do OMAD which I'm not interested in

there's a guy in the fast thread who is "omaw keto dude " . he lives in asia so look for him during those hours tho he said he dosn't sleep much . 4 hours a night. he used to eat 4 pork or lamb chops dinner each week . the main problem he ran into was keeping his potassium level correct.he got real sick because he wasnt taking enough.

That's even more retarded then the omad people who eat one giant meal. Training themselves to over eat like a fatty. Fasting is fine but keep it to a weekend once a month or you could just make a permanent change and stop over consuming.
