How do I do /nosugar/ ?

I especially get cravings for sweets right after eating a meal, even if I'm full.

have some self control

Chew gum

You need to lay off all carbs. Keto is your only hope.

hmm, so I assume you anons don't: drink booze, drink coffee, play video games, watch tv, eat meat, stay up late, or skip church?

I don't drink, don't drink coffee unless it's job related, don't watch tv and don't stay up late, unless I have a reason to do so.

Eating meat is my religion so I never skip church.
And vidya takes up less than 60 minutes each day combined.

Power through for more than just 2 days without breaking and youll get used to it

take up smoking

Seriously, no one has the axctual answer for OP?

You are probably dehydrated. Your body can sometimes confuse it for sugar cravings, so, what I do is drink a fuckton of water before a meal, and then drink a fuckton of water AFTER a meal. I'm always full, less cravings these days. You also have to realzie that stuff like sweets will spike your insulin and I think your glysemic index, which makes you crave the sweets you just ahd EVEN MORE, making you eat more of them. SO, juust drink a fuckton of water and eat veggies and protein, occasional complex carb and lay off the junk. YOU CAN DO THIS OP!

Just don’t eat

In Japan in the 60s, their diet was measured at 75-80% carbohydrate, yet their obesity rate was around 1%, one of the lowest ever recorded. Explain again why carbs make you fat.

Carbs only make you fat if you are doing the following:

1. Being sedintary
2. Ingesting a shitload of simple carbs
3. Develooing insulin resistance as the result of the above

Japanese lifestyle plays a huge part in why they have such a low obesity rating.

I watch documentaries of cosmos and pandas thou.

Japanese sit at home and jerk off / play video games all all day. Or, they sit and jerk off all day at the office. Try again.

japenese have different genetics acually. But yeah carbs don't make you fat, sugar does.

>how do I /nosugar/
By not eating cakes and sweets and developing at least some semblance of self control.

When you're craving something sweet reach for a fibrous fruit. Apples and bananas for example. You need to get off the insulin roller coaster to beat this shit so by choosing sweet things that will at least slow down the bloodsugar and insulin spikes you will get some relief.

Alternatively there's a few studies that show a relatively short 5-7day water only fast pushes the reset button pretty hard. And another one shows that the same effect can be had over time by fasting one day per week. Patients in these studies were self reporting food choices when they ate. The extended casters quickly started choosing healthier options and reported a significant reduction in junk food cravings and an increase in healthy food cravings. The participants in the single day per week study were simply reporting the frequency of junk food cravings which went down over the 4 week study period.

Japanese don't eat all day like us ameriburgers have been told we need to do for the last 50 years.

gee i wonder if there could have been some differences in food availability and general caloric intake in japan in the 1960s

>a relatively short 5-7day water only fast

kek, good one user.

>replace bad habit with terrible habit
