On a cut atm. 220 something -> 197 in about a month and a half. I went all out bloatmaxx for a year because of a spinal cyst and I lost all my previous gains (about 2 years worth of work... couldn't do any physical activity for a year).

Thanks bruddeh, just started adding 15-20 minutes of incline cardio, but I've had to do it at the beginning of my workouts because by the end if I try to run, my entire body is destroyed and I end up staggering at 4mph with my arms stuck in flex mode

If you've already got a barbell and weights, save up and get a cheap squat rack or something so you can squat.

Failing that, you can still do Bench Press, OHP, BB/DB Rows, Deadlift, Hack Squat, (weighted) chins and pull-ups, DB face-pulls, cleans, clean and press, clean and jerk, snatch, DB flies (both shoulder and pec), DB lateral raises, etc etc etc, so you can still figure out a way to do just about anything.
