The facial scrub shit I steal from the showers of girls I hook up with. Some of this shit is high dollar too. I don't even have bad skin.

I'll try one when I get groceries.

Herb mint facial with an almond scrub, an aftershave with little or no alcohol, a protective mask blah blah blah

St Ives facial scrub (oatmeal or green tea)
Facial moisturizer with sun screen. Or vitamin A and E.
Cocoa butter lotion on my body with coconut oil on problem areas

Cold water, nofap, 80% vegan.

I live in the American Gardens building on West 81st street. My name is Patrick Bateman. I'm 27 years old. I believe in taking care of myself, and a balanced diet and a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water activated gel cleanser. Then a honey almond body scrub. And on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub. Then apply an herb mint facial mask, which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion. There is an idea of a Patrick Bateman, some kind of abstraction, but there is no real me. Only an entity, something illusory. And though I can hide my cold gaze, and you can shake my hand and feel flesh gripping yours and maybe you can even sense our life styles are probably comparable, I simply am not there.

drink water, wash your face with cleanser after sweating + moisturize 3 times a week, plain water before bed and immediately after waking up.

GTFIH

Seriously, this is the best:

I did fasting and it actually cleared my skin up. No more pimples, but I still have the scars. Is there anything for that on the market?

My skin type is oily and has frequently acne breakouts could be zinc deficiency

>House of 99 face wash
Everyday still have fucking breakouts

> Baxter of California face scrub
1-3 times a week

> Moisturizer
Only in fall and winter

Also limit paraben exposure because they're like artificial soy(xenoestrogen) like if soy isn't bad enough.

Duration of fast? Dry or wet?

I wash my face with water a few times throughout the day.

Drink more water and take ZMA in the evenings.

Kek, used to do this in college too.
>user, why do you have grapefruit face scrub?

>routine
- Anthony facial scrub (shaving days), Anthony cleanser (non-shave days) in shower
- L'Occitane verbena shower gel with charcoal scrub brush
- Kiehl's Age Defender moisturizer
- Shave: L'Occitane Cade shave cream, straight blade, Anthony after-shave balm
- Misc: Clearasil anti-blemish pads, Clearasil spot fixer, 1 weekly charcoal mask,

I do use the blackhead tools for pimples, which some people will say isn't good to do but it's better than walking around with some wog on your neck. Peel masks are great, own that shit and enjoy it.

I don't do prolonged fasting anymore. But I noticed it clearing after about a month or two of doing 72-hr fasts. I noticed my face being less oily, and I think it's related to that. They also say fasting reduces inflammation.

Kiehls oil eliminator and moisturizer 2x daily.

So I worked in the body care and supplements section of Whole Foods a few years ago

This company called Dr. Hauschka is basically ELITE TIER when it comes to skin care products. Absolutely top of the line. It's the #1 choice for rich as fuck celebrities

When I worked at Whole Foods we got a bunch of this shit for free from the vendors who were sucking our dicks to get us to push our products. And I legitimately believed in their products so I would push them to rich customers at the store. But I would never buy this shit with my own wallet. Too expensive

>TL;DR.... If you have a strong bank account and can afford it.... just buy Dr. Hauschka products for your skin

My main concern are wrinkles. I have them and I'm only 19 because I live in a very sunny place and I am very white, and I have never cared about my skin through my teens so I have taken A fucking lot of sun without protection like the retard I am. The worst ones are that ones under the nose (I am very skinny so it's not for fat face) and my eyes bags. Help bros, I look much worse from what I used to look like 3 or 4 years ago.

>sun screen not pictured

fucker you ruined excellent bait. Post it like this:

I believe in taking care of myself, and a balanced diet and a rigorous exercise routine.

In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I’ll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now.
After I remove the ice pack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion.

To all my non-racist members of this board, use this and your skin will be crystal clear.

I sleep naked, I take 10 minute showers at most

I keep it simple.
I only use a aleppo soap (google it) when I shower (sometimes every secound shower). Mine costs like 10 bucks and holds about 6 month. I don't use moisturizer because I hate greasy skin. Also I'm disappointed wirh most 'professional' cleansers and they are always overpriced. The Aleppo soap is 100% natural and does the job for a very good price.

Ask me if you have questions.

It's especially good for acne btw even if you think olive oil is bad the soap does wonder

Literally everything except for retin-a, a moisturizer with sunblock and maybe beta-carotene is a mom-science tier meme.

This will cover 1) anti aging, 2) and 3) a healthy skin tone.

Also stay out the sun, its the #1 aging-jew.

2) acne*

I started using coconut oil because my face gets dry and now I'm breaking out.

How do I fucking win?

wtf did you just say, i've read it 4 times and i don't know what you are recommending ffs

Eat clean, get a close to 1:1 omega 3:6, get all your vitamins from food, get exercise and sun every day. Then it won't matter what the fuck you do, your skin will clear up. Everyone fucks up on the eating clean part though. I mean ZERO junk. No sugar, no processed carbs, no bread and pasta even, use rice/potatoes/oats, no chemically processed vegetable oils, no hydrogenated oils, no meat or eggs or daory raised with hormones and antibiotics, no xantham/guar/cararagean. 90% of it is just eating right. Had acne and psoriasis until I went 100% clean in my late 20's. Now I can wash my hair and face with any cheap bar of soap and use practically anything with lipids as a mousurizer and I stay clear. It's all fucking diet. Anyone who disagrees is a fucking retard. Are bodies don't just cry out for help and display symptoms of problems for no reason, it's because most people eat junk and not everyone is lucky enough to have genes that can handle it without problems.

Coconut oil is a meme bro
No one with a brain uses pure coconut oil for skin care

>no bread

fuck you bread is good

Attached: fight-me-u-lil-bitch.jpg (530x530, 68K)

1 litre of raw milk every day for two weeks mein aryan brother, you will be fixed

Whole grain bread without any industrial shit in it is fine. 90% of it is shit though and everyone knows it.

Coconut oil is extremely comedogenic. Like a 4/5. It will make almost anyone break out. Real, pure argan oil and hemp oil are both a 0 on the comedogenic scale. Hemp needs refrigeration though so if you're going the oil route I'd stick with argan. Shea butter is also good and rates at a 0. I think sweet almond and safflower are OK too but I think never used them. Just Google "comedogenic oil list" if you want to learn this stuff yourself.

Just use Cetaphil or CeraVe mousturizers. They won't make anyone break out. Add a few drops of tea tree oil or even better manuka oil to kill acne. Works as well as benzoyl peroxide and doesn't bleach clothes. Make sure it's from a trusted source though. As essential oils gained popularity in recent years do did all sorts of diluted and contaminated knock offs. They absolutely due work for certain things though. Just don't buy into all the spiritual hippy mood altering and homeopathic bullshit. They just have powerful antibacterial/antifungal/antimicrobial properties and most anything else you hear about essential oils is bullshit.

>Tretinoin solution 0.1% applied every day on the areas I usually get acne.
>AHA/BHA applied on full face after shower (also daily)
works great, I barely get any pimples now and I used to always have at least a few prominent one's.
25 years old btw

What's a leppo?

I have a tip ive been meaning to share with you guys and this seems like the right thread. if any of you have Keratosis pilaris or similar conditions (pic related), there's usually almost nothing you can realy do about it. some expensive treatments can be used but you have to continue using it. BUT ive found a way to deal with it that cheap and effective. You know those grease removal soap you get, its like a putty almost with some grainy material like sand in it to wash your hands with that you usually get in workshops, get a bucket of it, costs about $10 and lasts you a year, rub it all over your shoulder, ass, back, or whereer you have it, realy rub it in, grind it till your skin is read, it starts burning but it wont de anything bad, wash it of in the shower and wash normaly afterwards. you have to do it once every couple of days I do itr once a week and now my arms are always smooth as hell with no red bumps and shit it realy works great try it guys,

> beta-carotene
do you get that in pill form, or a lotion? i eat some foods with it but propably not enough.

you missed 2 important things on your list,
a>a soap that isnt very harsh especialy for your face, and a chemical face wash/peel/any other product that help remove dead skincells without too much mechanical force.
