I've got pretty sketchy facial hair too, user. The best thing to do with that is trim it to say, 2 or 2.5. That way you're not clean cut but the hair isn't long enough to give away the wispiness. At the moment, what you've got looks a bit tatty. Girls ain't gonna dig it. Go a bit shorter to avoid total babyface but still look clean.
