Started lifting this January, height 5'8 123 lbs. I think I still don't look like someone weighting 134, and I'm 100% sure the scale works. Am I paranoid? Will keep lifting anyway

At your size, just go to the gym and push yourself into good form, doing what you can so you fail at 12th rep of (insert your preferential basic exercise here)
Go to gym daily, keep tabs on what you've done this week and what weights you used.
Get a buddy, around your size, to join you(if no friends, try making one).
Because you're skin, eat as much protein-rich food post workout as you can. It doesnt even matter if its McDonalds if you look like an Ethiopian.

123 and 134 are both skelly weights so it figures you would still look like a skelly. But if you're gaining and lifting then keep doing it, no reason to stop.

I can't even tell from your post if you think you should weigh more or less than you do. The bottom line is you're still a skelly but need to keep at it. If you gained 11 lbs you can gain 11 more.

You'll start looking swole once you hit over 160 at your height. You're making progress at a good pace since speeding up would lead to more fat being gained. Keep lifting and eating while adjusting how many calories you need.

Something I have noticed with lifting is that whenever I set a weight goal (I was 6'3" with a goal of 175 when I was 150) I realize that when I finally hit that goal, it still seems small. Now I am 200 and im still not satisfied. New goal is 225. Aim very high desu
