I've been eating this every day for a couple years. What's your opinion on my nutrition?
The only variety is every week I change the split peas to brown rice to buckwheat to beans to quinoa. Everything else the same every day. I am on a tight budget.
At this point you're boxed into 3/4 tbsp of olive oil. It still won't fix your ratio without going over your caloric limit.

In all honesty user this is pretty terrible. Why 10 tsp of sugar what the fuck are you even doing? Your ratios are all crazy. I don't even want to know what your lifting routine is.
May I suggest switching to green tea and brewing it lightly. I've gotten used to drinking it with less, and finally, no sugar.
