I really can't get rid of carbs, and cola sodas in particular. Bread is easy to go off a week, but I'm always putting my hands on soda even when I don't buy it. Think alcoholics.
Considering this, how can I use a 2l bottle of soda as a meal, or as supplementation? What there is an soda bottle that is actually usable in a healthy powerlifting diet?
Like every habit and addiction its easier to come up with a better pattern of behavior to replace your old bad one rather than just to quit cold turkey. Has something to do with how your brain works.

Stay away from soda. It's that simple. Consider it a poison and treat it as such. There is no reason for you to drink bottled sugar water unless you are running away from a tiger and all you have with you is bottled sugar water.
Couch potatoes are not running away from tigers, so they should not drink bottled sugar water.
