Is there even a single pic of her smiling?

I've not had hip pain but I switched to front squats because my back squat form is shit and hurt my knees. No regrets though because front squats have made my core + quads strong as fuck.

Back squats
>back pain
>can’t balance
>barbell path shifting all of the place
>butt wink impossible to fix
>hitting ATG requires god tier flexibility
>overlaps same muscles as conventional deadlifts

Front Squats
>no back pain
>easy balance
>perfect barbell path
>no butt wink
>hitting ATG is easy
>synergies better with conventional deadlifts with minimal overlap

Front squats hurt my wrists

Do them the bodybuilder way instead of the Olympic lifter way

Your stance is too wide

Whenever the next murder/suicide tragedy occurs.
Jow Forums is a dogshit board that hardly has anything to do with health and fitness anymore.

You need to stretch your wrists for a few weeks to prepare them for the movement. Practice getting into position on the bar and just hold it. After doing this for a bit your wrists will adjust and it'll be more comfortable.

tried narrowing stance and it made it worse.
i'm 6'3 with long legs, it just doesn't feel right.

Currently recovering from a fucked up hip due to sumo shennanigans. How hard are front squats on the knees?

Same, I actually widened my stance a little more and that helped a bit. I'm at least at the point where a good squat doesn't hurt. Problem is consistently doing good squats. I've let it go for a bit and I'll unload when I try again.

Look up hip stretches too. Getting on one knee and pushing my hips forward is doing wonders for me.
