I know about sunscreen, I know about keeping testosterone levels high and getting it synthesized if you can't, I know about protecting your joints, keeping a nice posture, sleeping on the right position and all that, but that's all. I'm 24 and I want to start doing all that shit early.
Lifting, cardio and keeping a healthy diet. Walk at least an hour a day. Spend time outside, preferably in nature. Spend less time looking at your phone or computer (screen staring is going to be the cigarettes of our generation in 20 years).

>cold showers (for skin) >taking 3 showers max per week and when taking showers use the least shampoo and soap possible (this helps skin in the long run a lot) >take a lot of vitamin C fruits >stay lean, dont get fat and dont bulk/cut because of stretch marks >weightlifting and cardio >moderate sunlight >enough sleep >dont stress >dont waste too much time, reading or internet >meditate >not alcohol not weed, not cigarrettes >fast every once a while and dont overat
if you follow all of this you may look pretty young by your 30-40, if you have genetics by your 50 as well, but then again there is a genetic component, if you want to know how you will age, look at your parents, and it'll give you an idea
also drink lots of water and avoid soda

My most recent interest in anti-aging stuff concerns fighting hair loss. I haven't had any hair loss whatsoever, but I'm working now to prevent it in the future. This video does a good breakdown of what actually causes hair loss. youtube.com/watch?v=cgKTRIXBU_8
Basically your hair follicles get killed over time through clogging via DHT and calcium. You can fight these things by taking saw palmetto, pygeum, and ensuring you have sufficient magnesium in your diet. If your follicles don't get clogged over time, your hair should stay in good shape. It's all about preventing and minimizing damage to your follicles for as long as possible.
it's called a quarter-life crisis you uneducated dipshit.

its mostly about NOT doing things not smoking, not exposing yourself to harmful substances, not overeating, not being inactive slob, not sleeping like neet, not staying inside 24/7 about extra stuff you can do(excluding visual stuff like retinoids): >cardio >some resistance training(not that important actually unless youre old) >eating those sexy healthy stuff like dark berries, onions/garlic, leafy greens >regular medical checkups(cancers and other chronic diseases are pretty aging)
You've got to be careful with Niacin that shit can raise your liver enzymes in too high amounts.

Keep insulin levels low. Some diabetes medication (forgot the name) had shown increased longevity.

He probably means only shampoo 3 times a week, that's what really dries out your hair/scalp

Vaporize or eat edible weed for those anti-cancer and anti-stress (keeping stress low is very important for longevity) gains. If you are a pussy then CBD will give you some of these gains without the fun.

my grandmother lived to 100, and my grandfather lived to 103 (died a year after grandma)
Both of them ate 4 slices of bacon and eggs for breakfast. Drank their lunch. and had dinner like steak and potatoes, meatloaf, porkchops and sometimes a veg. Grandpa would walk 5 miles a day rain or shine or with his icetrax in the winter. Grandma had a massive backyard garden she tended. Both of them were active up until grandma died.
Grandpa hadn't even seen a doctor in 30 some years before he got sick after grandma died. He attributed his long lasting health to >"eating fat, no eating after 6pm and staying active."

This so much. Cardio is far more important than weight lifting for longterm health. Focus more on bodyweight exercises and calisthenics.
Wyatt Collins
Activity is important. Cardio is not. It just wears you down.
Brody Wright
Cardio itself isn't the point. it's the aerobic capacity. The more aerobic capacity you have the less aerobic fermentation your cells need overall and during intense exercise. Additionally a well trained aerobic system is much better at clearing out reactive oxygen species and lactic acid.
