Diet:
Cut out all junkfood, fastfood, sweets, snacks, candies, etc etc.
Eat only Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
Your foods should be Veg, Meat, nuts, berries, fruit.
If you feel off or are alergic to any of the above then don't eat it.
Drink only water and milk. No soda juices gatorade
Do not eat diet or zero calorie ANYTHING.
Eat fucking food.
You do not snack. You can have a post dinner desert or cupcake or something. But only after dinner and not before bed.
GO OUTSIDE AND FUCKING PLAY
Join a sports team, find a hobby that has you doing things outside like hiking or swimming or riding a bike or carpentry, pick up a martial art. ANYTHING.
Go to fucking bed at a reasonable hour. Your body grows when you sleep and sleeping helps you use your excess fat to grow your body.
As for exercise, basic calisthenics every day. Pushups, situps, squats chinups etc.
