You can grab a hell of a lot more than that if you apply yourself. You have no muscle mass. I want you to tell me, how long you've been lifting? If you look like that at 157lbs, cut down to 125-130lbs to be somewhat lean.

So let's do some basic fucking math. I'll assume your body fat is about 17%.
157 X 0.17 = 26.69. You're carrying About 27lbs of body fat right now. Your LBM is around 130lbs. That is not a lot of muscle.

You have 40 lbs of swing, not loss unless you wanna look emaciated. You manage to add another 40 lbs of muscle and you're gonna make it.
Dude fast for a few days drinking only water. 7 days you can drop like 6kg, more if you can keep up the exercise
Surely a slower calorie defecit fast will maintain muscle a bit better

The sticky says not to fast because it'll halt your metabolism, so why do people recommend it for losing fat?
OP here, i intermittent fast and I've lost hardly any strength so fuck the sticky
If your abs are not visible around 15% body fat they are not very well developed man. You may have to cut a lot more than you think for "visible abs". You may be better off eating clean and bulking for a while to build muscle because if you cut to get abs you are going to be really small for your height.
148 is lowest in going then if u still have no abs ima clean bulk then cut again after 6 months

Fasting is the only way 2 cut honestly. U won't even feel hungry you just sleep through the hunger and don't eat for a few hours when u wake up.
