The secret to chest gains is heavy 5 reps with progressive overload.
Haters don't now how to use this properly.
First you flat bench/incline bench, heavy, low reps, fatigue the chest
Second you blast your chest with flys. 15+ reps, push to failure
Third you do dumbbell press, flat or incline, moderate reps
That's how you grow your chest.
