You can eat at your maintenance or a little above and just go hard on your weight lifting. Muscle mass will eventually boost your TDEE to roughly what you are eating and you become reasonably lean. Be warned; takes a long time but is a lot easier and more fulfilling than a cut diet.

By trying things out yourself and seeing what works.

Testing my willpower by fasting for a bit. Currently nearing the 64 hour mark and I'm aiming for just over a week (179 hours). After that it's back to regular CICO lifestyle. Not too bad so far, but for the first time in my life I dreamt of eating last night.

The big drop in the graph in March is due to changing the way I measure myself. Combined with the fasting I've been doing, the fact that I've dropped 20kgs total doesn't feel as legit as it should.

244lbs 6', started 1000kcl diet with my GF cos we are marrying in june, dropped from 251 to 244 in a week and a half, sure my TDEE is far superior to 1000kcal, the diet was planned by a nutritioner for my GF, since i starterd lifting i'm stalled, even i gain some weight, if i cheat with food is: one or two pieces of fruit, or mabe .11lbs of wholegrain bread, i dont think this is reason enough for stallment.

lean meat, fish, cottage cheese, veggies, fruit, and some whole grains.

I know a lot of people talk shit about fruit here, but from my experience, it's god tier cutting food. It tastes sweet and decadent, it's fairly filling, has good micros, relatively low GI and if you happen to go overboard with fruit here and there (I'd hope you won't), you're probably gonna go 200 - 300 kcal over. Much better than chips or chocolate where you can eat a 1000 kcal+ and still want more.

Eat 4-5 pounds of potatoes and a multivitamin. That's what I've been doing for fun for the last 2 weeks. I just steam them or cut them into fries and bake them with no added oil just simple seasonings.

the only issue is make sure you're getting enough nutrition, especially if your eating fast food and what not.

at the least take a multi-vitamin and try to stick to healthier food and veggies most of the time and i wouldn't worry.

I'm 5 ft 7, started getting fit at 308 pounds and have lost 42 pounds so far since late February.

I have done my TDEE on various different websites with varying results. I try to keep under 1200 calories daily, and usually do a great job.

I go to gym for 40mins at least 5 to 6 times a week, mostly cardio to lose all this fat but I have tried lifting recently too.

I usually just have some pre-packaged protein shakes for my meals, and some veggies/fruits and lots of water.

What else should I do or what should I change in order to lose the weight quicker and more efficiently?

Keep going fatanon, try to cut sugar drinks snacks and that kind of shit. Also, start lifting now, if you cut only doing cardio you will lose muscle and fat, if you lift though it you will lose mostly fat. Good luck fatboi, hope you be slaying puss in a couple of years from now i beleive in you

Yea when you eat healthfully regardless of your particular diet you generally eat less carbs and salt than when you pig out on e.g. easter stuff. It'll wash out in due course though; keep up the good dieting!

Just lift 3 days a week. Use a program, plenty to choose from. Past that, keep doing cardio and stick to your deficit. What you eat is #1, never fuck that up and you will be golden. Exercise is just the cherry on top. Don't try to rush things, weight loss is about consistency over a long period of time. That said, at that size and calorie count you should be seeing pretty speedy progress. Don't go below 1200 calories(I still think 1200 is needlessly low for a dude your size, but to each their own).

Oh I cut everything. And I mean everything. Juice, soda, fucking EVERYTHING. Thank you for your support brother, I plan on posting progress here.
