To be honest, over time I've found some really good and solid advice in here.
There's hidden gems to be found, but you have to be able to recognize them underneath the shitposting, gibposting, fagposting and people generally talking out of their ass.

You've gotta be some kind of stupid to fall for some of the most obvious trolls and memes in here, not even when I first started almost a decade ago did I fall for bullshit like waterboarding for max gains or snapping my shit up with body weight squats.
