any place with big rice servings is

It’s alright. All tastes the same after eating it like twice. But as far as take out to hit macros goes then yeah subway or chipotle is best and easiest.

Chick-fil-A all the way. Worked there at a corporate level so I can attest to the quality of ingredients.

it's garbage tier.

Lmao I think you mean Firehouse is the best sandwich fastfood restaurant in the world. Subway is like the McDonald's of sandwich shops minus the things that make McDonald's enjoyable.

Literally meat, rice and vegetables. I just wish they were consistent with their portions. Would be a great alt to meal prep.

Any mexican fast food place where you can customize your food. The best is pancheros or moes burritos bowls when they have good salsa.

None

>Mostly carbs
Lol no.

subway kebab sandwiches are my weakness

>subway

They are consistent with their portions.
I used to eat chipotle every day back during my sophomore and junior years of highschool. I'd go to rowing practice and get a bowl or two afterwards. brown rice black beans double chicken fajitas hot salsa corn lettuce and guacamole + water cup.

The one by me will either give me an obscene amount of rice or barely any.

learn how to cook boi

Once was at subways and realized how much of a loser I am.
I also go there, let them put the stuff on eat it and am happy.
At that time there was some hyper aggressive Turk there who yelled at the employee to put more meat on and so he did.
I bet that works for almost everything else in life. Audacity wins, everywhere.

Being born with natural aggression must be the alpha life.

>that guy who acts like cooking is some high and mighty skill

This.

Or really any build it as you watch type place. We have a pita shop with a similar model. It's really just about being able to customize your meal. Mongolian Grills fit this too.

>the guy with nothing to do, and no place to be.

Sometimes we need a quick meal while going between points A and B. If I have a busy day, good Jow Forums restaurant options make the difference between missing the gym for the sake of cooking, or getting my workout and making it to my meeting.

Most subways are garbage with exceptionally low standards and employees straight out of the gutter. If you find one that is well managed it can be bretty good, I get the chopped salad sometimes and they cram so many veggies in there they can barely fit the lid on.

Shawarma, make sure it's not drowned in grease and garlic sauce (unless you want it to be)

Any kebab mixed grill is god-tier cheat food.

>cheat food...

Well, yeah. This is what fatties eat daily. OP is talking about good options to hit your macros, not "How into permabulk"

Enjoy your preservatives and other chemicals. The ingredient list on the bread is about a page long

Perhaps nandos, half chicken and rice with salad and drink deal for £11, quite nice and i like it spicy.

15cm Italian BMT has almost identical macros compared to Big Mac except Big Mac has more protein and less sodium for lower price. Makes one think.
