sounds normal to me. you should feel doms pretty regularly, even years into lifting. not as intense as when you were first born in the gym, but you'd be a fucktard to think prolonged stretches of doms aren't going to happen later on down the road.

But seriously, this is normal. You’ve been increasing weight, and probably adding in more accessory exercises than needed for your routine, or just going harder than usual. You’re not always going to feel the burn, and it’s not always going to be a walk down easy street. As long as it’s not sharp pains, and as long as you keep seeing results, you’ll be fine.

I can have doms for 5-6 days if I really push myself. To avoid it, put more blood flow back into the muscle via smaller accessory lifts between my next focused day.
