What does Jow Forums think of DNP? How much weight do you think someone can lose.
2,4 DNP
depends on the dose, retard
200mg a day
that's like nothing, it'll be the equivalent of a 500-700 deficit
No need for name callin child
Wrong
You don't want to mess with that shit.
saged
iirc every 100mg raises your bmr by 11%
since it has a 36 hour half life 200mg a day would mean you will buildup to around 320mg a day
11% of bmr = 220(smart guess) x 3.2 would be 700
300 not 320 i mean
How does the metabolic system use this extra energy?
did it, ask me anything
250mg 4 days, 8 days 500mg, lost 12lbs

not sure, i read this paper a long time ago and i cant read it again rn
It raises your body temp a bunch. Your cells become less efficient at converting calories or fat stores into usable energy, and it comes off as heat instead.
LOL would anyone actually want to take this or just retards?
Your body makes ATP by stuffing hydrogen ions into mitochondria, like blowing air in a balloon. When they try to come out, they power ATP synthase, and make the ATP you need to function. DNP basically pokes holes in the balloon, and allows the hydrogen ions to escape, so you never really have the "pressure" to spin your ATP synthase. So your body is like "what the fuck, where is all the ATP???" and fires up all the pathways trying to make more.
It's like if water stopped coming from your faucet, and you called the the water company and demanded they increased the water pressure somehow, but somebody had chopped the main line in half between you and the water tower. They can throw as much water as they like at you, but you won't get much more than a trickle.
If you overdose, then basically shut down aerobic ATP production entirely. This means you overheat and start getting infarct in major organs, like your heart and brain, lmao. So don't OD.
basically it just makes your body more inefficient. It has to work harder and use more calories to simply maintain yourself
>l0ok aT mE PREMED OVER HERE
Wrong
DNP enters the mitochondrial walls and acts as an ionophore transporting hydrogen protons back into the mitochondria essentially short circuiting ATP manufacture where this protein gradient is used in aerobic metabolism.
Imagine the fuel line in your car. Now put a crack in it after the fuel pump so a portion of the fuel leaks out onto the ground.

Even on a low dose of 250mg crystal, everything I've done a cycle I've lost at least 20lb in 3 weeks.
>pre
nicely done
>take an average of 250mg a day for 6 weeks
>die an incredibly painful death
>because you were too lazy and stupid to just eat less

The actual medical reference is at the bottom but the spam filter won't let me post it
>112-pound man
>using DNP for 6 weeks
jesus christ why
The blog makes a typo, that should be in kg
that makes a lot more sense, haha. still doesn't change how fucked up his dosing schedule was
On a cycle rn. AMA
Been going since Monday, front loaded 750mg day 1 but now at 500mg ED. Down three pounds but I'm carrying water weight like a motherfucker. Planning to go for 14 days total. I'm trying to go 1500kcals a day to try and make sure I lose as much weight as possible. Started at 180lbs at 15% bf and would be more than happy to end at 170.
To answer your question, typically after peak blood concentration, most people see around 1lb a day loss with good diet and exercise. Look for the DNP blood concentration chart on google.
Do you sweat all the time?
>tfw too big a pussy to even try getting it, let alone taking it
Basically. I used to take it late afternoon after a small snack (I fast most of the day). Doing it that way hit me like a ton of bricks and I used to nap off the sweats. Now I'm taking it a bit later after dinner, and the heat gradually comes over, but isn't like an over in auschwitz anymore. That being said, overdoing carbs will fuck your shit up heat-wise.
Can you report back when you finish your cycle with results for a more thorough ama? Do you have before pictures?
Can someone redpill me on DNP?
Wouldn't it be the equivalent of eating at a high deficit, and ultimately end up in the same situation where you lose a lot of muscle from losing weight too fast?
I could come back and do a post. I'm done next Tuesday, 14 days total. I didn't bother with progress pics because I was a bloated mess the day after Easter. Probably would've made my results seem a lot better tho.
There are some benefits to DNP that a regular caloric deficit wouldn't offer. DNP is a lot more muscle sparing. If you have a strict timetable to meet I'd say go for it, but I actually prefer water fasting more. That being said I'm burning almost 1lb of fat a day on this versus half of that fasting so I can't really complain.
you need to find out what the deadly dose is for your bodyweight and stay away from it. i was around 220lbs and did 500mg/day for 25 days. it can be hard going as you will sweat all night when you sleep, even if you sleep naked with the window open and a fan on. you can lose a lb a day, but you are fatigued constantly and you can die if you fuck it up.
most people of the general public are too stupid to do it "carefully", but it is not difficult to safely take this poisonous material for a prolonged period of time.
I'm thinking of trying it during a post-cycle on a keto diet (less carbs = less heat). Will probably only do 250mgs/day for a week, then 500mgs/day if all is good. 2 weeks only.
Zyzz killer
I'm doing 400mg a day right now with 250 Test E, 500 Tren E, and a 1,500 calorie deficit. Just 6 days in and the results are crazy. I even binge ate and still lost weight. You will look a bit bloated while on DNP, but it comes off 5-7 days after your last dose.
I lost 20 lbs in 21 days back when DNP had good sellers. Now it's all watered down shit.
Oh yeah and that was on 500mg/day, front loading on 750mg/day. Shit was fantastic. Any good sellers left? Dinitro seems over priced and underdosed
taking the piss out of an educated guy giving a good explanation? digusting brainlet
Cataract surgery is one of the most common surgeries. Easy and a fast recovery. Worth it.
Nicely done
