I snack on avocados, bananas, tomatoes, greek yogurt. My mes are usually eggs, turkey bacon, sweet potatoes, asparagus, chicken breast, tuna in olive oil, lentil pastas with cheddar sauce.

Chest tips? I guess the thing i try to do the most is activate the upper chest muscle fibers. Favorite is handstand pushup that uses the chest more than shoulders. Its kind if a sliding motion mkre than a pushing motion. Almost like a dive bomber pushup excdpt your feet should be abive your head supported by a door.

But i also do oushuos wearing an 80lb vest and sometimes a second 80lb vest...i haven't really gone to the gym much since i got them about two years ago.

That sounds like a relatively low carb diet. Do you try to keep your body in ketosis?

I just knew it. We have the same frame except you're lean and have muscle. I'm also 6'1 except my 180 lbs is in fat.

Can you suggest a workout plan? If you had to do it over, in my shoes, how would you do it?

I wouldn't say I try to. I just lucked out that my favorite foods are all healthy and its easy to turn down bad carbs/breads.

I was like that until i bulked to 200 while working out very hard and heavy. Then started cutting and transitioned into body weight workouts while wearing the vests + wearing it for hours on end. I was bired with the gym and inspired by Goku's gravity workouts on dragon ball z. Thats pretty much it.

Me too OP, though sometimes I feel bad seeing guys who are bigger than me, knowing I could have probably been their size if I hadn’t sat back and maintained. Then again, I’m the perfect size and leanness for women so I’m not complaining too much.

to be fair, I did lose weight around the waist but I still have skinny arms and wrists but they still grew....

I was for like five years. Just stayed active and maintained most of it. But I ended up losing about 10 lbs in all that time and I'm only a few past ottermode now.

So now I'm gonna have to hit the gym again for a while so I can get right back to coasting. Might even go about 5 lbs heavier this time first so I can avoid lifting for longer.

All the lifting I do yet I will never be able to display my body because of the acne scars I got from bacne as a teen.
