I only seriously started lifting late last year (been on this horrible on and off rythm for about 2 years before due to addiction/depression) and i really hope i can achieve this.
Im starting to bald also so at some point i have to buzz it all off, atleast gives me hope you can look good without hair.

Probably some normie tier lifting along with a very strict swimming regime would get you there. Obviously genetics plays a big part. This guy's naturally wide.

Swimming is a must for this. Not just "cardio". Also this guy probably swims BECAUSE he's wide, rather than being wide because he swims.
