Are /fast/ threads finally over?
Has OP died from the lack of water on his dry fast?
Can we go now?
Will other Anons accept that even though they lost weight, their skin will remain ugly and flabby?

Fourth day of fasting. Lost 3 kilos already

of water

From the fat cells

Is this /fast/?

I hope hes doing well

Lost weight is lost weight, he'll eventually balance his water out and be working off fat for energy.

you don't know where that water comes from, well if you are a blob with 0 muscle it's obvious, also it doesn't matter where that water comes from, it's just water.

And what if he's on creatine?

Everything that needs to be said has said. We have 165 archived threads of basically the same advice.

I lost 6lbs in my first week and 5lbs in my second week with one keto meal inbetween, no negative side affects thanks to Snake Juice and discipline.

This shit works, with faster results than any diet or cardio program. We're either gonna make it, or have done so already.

>tfw lost 70lb via fasting
>tfw no loose skin
>tfw did it in a fraction of the time it takes CICO fags to do it and have even less loose skin due to autophagy
:)

So why are insulin spikes bad when they don't break the fast?

makes your cells insulin resistant

So? I don't have diabetes.

I believe insulin can keep you from reaching autophagy.

Can somebody tell me how water weight works please? Does it go away before you lose fat?

Fake news
As long as your calory intake is below 50kcal you are fine.

According to what evidence? There is really little to no data on autophagy in humans so I don't believe you.

>be me
>loose 18 kilos on keto
>love keto and love the endurance its gives me
>But some sagging skin
>Back to carbs for better sprints and strength (I play rugby)
>Skin is back to normal without weightgain

He got surgery, see fast thread

Your body naturally stores a lot of water basically everywhere. Low carb and low sodium intake force your body to drop most of that water. It also comes back just as easily. When people say they lost X amount of weight the first week, it's almost entirely water weight and therefore meaningless

>rails against /fast/
>makes fun of /fast/ers who will have saggy skin
>posts a picture from Brian Flemming who lost weight by "watching his calorie intake"

autophagy is regulated by mTOR and has absolutely no known role with insulin.

how is his posture still better than mine holy shit

probably becasue i spend my fucking free time on Jow Forums

I will bring it back

No you won't.

Because he's posing

Idiot
Low insulin triggers glucagon which downregulates mtor.

No dumbass, Low blood blood sugar triggers glucagon.
