Trying to bulk, is it decent to follow my calories?
My Fitness Pal
Yea it’s pretty accurate and has most foods in its bank
Yes but I wouldn't recommend eating more just because you did cardio.
hard to use if you dont own a food scale. Other apps use easier measurments like "servings", tablespoons", "deciliters", "plates"
no its not. also, fitnesspal has those measurements most of the time.
you will under- or overestimate a lot. "how many grams is this cup of oats?" "this tablespoon of peanutbutter?" Other apps even have bar scanners
>other apps
WHAT OTHER FUCKING APPS
Ive been using it for 5 years and it's suited me fine, you fucking gains goblin fat fuck.
it has a barcode scanner
>not using the superior cronometer
I started using Fat Secret recently. I haven't used it long enough to judge but it seems pretty nice so far
Well my goal is to get "fat", find it hard to bulk. Im not saying you shouldnt use the app, just that i've played around with some of the apps in the market and didnt find this one to be the best one. I'm planning on buying a food scale atleast, glad you dont need one.
I tried it but because I'm a spic it was lacking all of the brands I use so I still use MFP.
I added manually most of the items i usually eat from their nutrition label when available.
Food scale is very useful and found some items like canned fish, carrying much less than advertised. Especially on cutting season or doing meal prep.
cronometer for micros is cool
Fit Genie is getting pretty good, senpai
>hard to use if you dont own a food scale
Who the fuck doesn't own a food scale and is on Jow Forums?
I use Cronometer to track food, mostly the website, but they do have an app
and just track my lifts in my default notes app
absolute brainlet
I hope you guys are aware that millions of accounts were hacked a few weeks ago. Choose a different app whose developers aren't incompetent.
hackers got my calories, jokes on them, because i'm cutting
