Guys help me out I can't tell which of these is weaker. I'm at 110lbs OHP and 140lbs bench press for 3x5 (with OHP growing at a much greater rate than bench). Is this better or worse than OP?

It used to be cuz my knees but I worked the fuck out of them and they don't hurt anymore so I don't know what the issue is. I can barely get parallel some days even doing only bodyweight squats

when I use to flat bench my OHP was 140 to 200 pounds to the flat bench.

Now my OHP is at 115X3 while im rehabbing my shoulder from injury.

Sounds like you guys are using your legs to boost the bar in OHP which actually makes it a Push Press. Next time try lifting the weight with knees locked and glutes tight.

I don't get these charts. If you're a 220 lbs beginner then you're most likely just fat, which doesn't mean your bench is much better than someone who's skinnyfat, and by the time you're 220 lbs lean, then you're not a beginner anyway.

Played soccer for 4 years at the time and a couple of years of handball.
