1 Year lifting, ex fatty 100+kg. Currently cutting trying to get sub 10%BF and start lean bulking. Measures say 14% my head says 12%. Estimate? Am I getting out DYEL territory?
I'm 1.93 (6'4) and quit the gym about 6 years ago, started again last year and bulked from 90kg to 102 (198lbs to 225).
I think it's time to start cutting slowly for the summer.

I only train at home with limited equipment, so my lifts are +18kg Pullups +28kg Dips 45kg OHP 80kg Front squats, all for 8 reps. Routine is reverse pyramid style:
Mon: Dips Dumbell Rows Squats/RDLs
Wed: Pullups OHP Hip Thrust/BB Lunges
Then friday calisthenics progression (pullups and pushups, dips and inverted rows for sets of 8-12) plus some more squats with less intensity and wathever i feel like it.. Some cardio on off days, pretty light. Been doing this since january, progress has been made on lifts and i like it.

all of those except flies for 5x5
i spent my first 6 months lifting just screwing around and half repping, second 6 months basically high rep only like chest day 1, because i wasn't getting stronger at all now i added the strength day 2 and have upped my bench by 30lb in 2 months

posted routine here, i do strength right after my 1 rest day a week and hypertrophy day 3 days after that. ie Monday rest, tuesday strength, friday super trophy. with things like tris bis shoulders back and legs inbetween and after

205lb, shocked someone else in this thread. i plateaued at 175 for like 4 months before realizing 10-12+ reps does not build strength. after i got on strength day and hypertrophy at same time i shot up to 205 in a couple months and still going up. if i could go back though id do strengh first
