Unironically there is this guy in my gym that only focuses on squats (his PR is 180kg at a 75-ish kg bw) four times a week plus some bodybuilding work after his squats. He is ripped to shreds but I got a feeling that he may be on gear.

What do you think is more likely - him roiding or being, in your words, one in a million? Like think of the numerical odds there when you factor in the fact he doesn't compete (drug testing would catch him out since he's on more than other athletes), has developed acne on his face, has a vegan diet (not good for muscle building or strength) and the fact he's basically admitted to roiding.
If you want a clear answer just consider for a moment what the numerical odds are on either side. The logical choice is that he's roiding. I'd say there's a 8/10 chance he's roiding and a 1/500000 chance he's that fucking genetically gifted.
