Whats wrong with rack pulls? I unironically rotate between deadlift and rack pulls weekly.
Do you find that rack pulls translate to a deadlift strength gain at all? I have tried rack pulls a few times but haven't really gotten much out of them. Maybe I am utilizing them in the wrong way
If you rack pull and aren't a shithead trying to "overload your traps" by moving a barbell 2" or less with more weight than you have any business touching it's fucking retarded and you should be thrown out of any serious gym. It's loud, it's annoying and you're ruining a perfectly good barbell to fuel your ego.
If you're doing rack pulls with what's a reasonable amount of weight to work on the top half of your deadlift and making a legitimate effort to not damage any equipment, feel free to rack pull to your heart's content.
No they don't because the limiting factor of a deadlift is the floor to knee portion. Partial floor pulls would translate better but you'd look a total retard

There is literally nothing wrong with rack pulls. Doing them with Zercher squats and bent rows really helps your deadlift.
