Pregabalin is. simple small molecule GABA drug with eventual effects similar to GHB, alcohol, epival, etc. Its nonspecific enough that it can cause a lot of other random effects, depending on specofic genetics, so it might affect hormone levels somehow, but it seems unlikely that it would have as strong an effect as anything that directly acts on the endocrine system. Ultimately though, drugs that knock out your T+T metabolites won't really turn you gay per second, they'll just make you really soft and reduce your attraction to women.

Dude sodium benzoate is pretty much entirely nontoxic. Its just the sodium salt of benzoic acid, which is readily metabolized at regular biological concentrations. Just don't eat ridixuloua amounts of preserved foods.

I can't imagine such a drug being safe. Its a hell of a lot less dangerous than seizures though. It should definitely be a last resort for bipolar though.

I started taking Pregabalin along other drugs for anxiety, even though i dropped it and i'm on the 5th one already still can't feel emotions or sexual desire, one year of meds and therapy and anxiety is even worse .
